Cabarrus County is served by the Cabarrus County Health Department. From 2010 to 2018 the department’s spending rose by 13%, when adjusted for inflation. During that same time, the population served by the Cabarrus County Health Department rose by 18%. When taking that population change into account, the per-person spending fell 4%.
